Back to life, back to...work

I don't have too much to verbalize right now. Not that I don't have crazy cantidades of thoughts and emotions at the forefront of my attention; it's more that I don't really have any reason to spell them all out without being overly self-indulgent. I'm about to finish a long vacation, in which I've had many good times and adventures, and move completely across the country to begin a position of great responsibility. Of course I'm apprehensive and excited.

Among the greatest things I'm relieved about, however, are that [deleted] (see my most recent album on facebook for pictures from our trip); that I've had not one but two college reunions this month (in Vermont, and an impromptu one in the town where I'm staying with my grandparents for a week); and that I'm entering a new chapter in my life in which I'll be able to explore all kinds of new locations and intra-US cultures. If all goes well, actually, I should be able to finish my states roundup within a calendar year. Rad.
